Dr. Anna Oleshkevich, MD, stands out as a remarkable figure in the medical community. She has vast experience as a distinguished neurosurgeon from Belarus and an avid neurobiologist and longevity researcher. With a decade of rich expertise that cuts across both clinical practice and groundbreaking research, her work encompasses neuro-oncology, spine neurosurgery, facial paralysis surgery, and cranioplasty/reconstructive neurosurgery. At the Republican Research and Clinical Center of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Dr. Oleshkevich excelled in assessing and diagnosing patients, interpreting diagnostic tests and neuroimaging, and adeptly working with microscopes and neuronavigation systems to perform intricate neurosurgical procedures, including emergency surgeries.
Her scientific research is equally impressive, focusing on antiviral therapy in patients with high-grade gliomas, intramedullary tumors of the spinal cord, and the reconstructive surgery of cranial defects using individual titanium implants.
